www.careers.jnj.comGlobal VP of Talent Acquisition @ I am the VP of Talent Acquisition and lead the global Talent Acquisition organization at Johnson & Johnson From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Greater New York City AreaGlobal Head - Talent Innovation Lab @ I lead the Talent Innovation Lab at Accenture; a future-obsessed team keeping Accenture at the cutting-edge of talent. The lab is focused on applied research, invention and rapid prototyping of ideas that disrupts how Accenture attracts, excites and retains the best people for everything we do.
Our mantra is positive deviance and we push the boundaries of the way we think about talent in the form of validated ideas and proofs of concept and new talent options.
We’re on a mission to become the world’s most innovative talent organization with a relentless talent mindset and we’re constantly looking for exceptional talent to join our team. From September 2014 to March 2015 (7 months) Talent Acquisition Director – Talent Sourcing & Innovation @ As Accenture’s Global Head of Sourcing & Innovation, I reported to the global head of recruiting and I was responsible for Accenture’s relationship-centric sourcing strategy delivering approximately 70,000 joiners annually. I had global responsibility for the talent sourcing function, attracting the right talent through the right souring channels, at the right time and at the right cost to fill Accenture’s open positions around the world.
Some of my key achievements included:
- The creation and implementation of a global talent CRM strategy & tool resulting in a rapidly growing and highly-engaged talent pool of passive talent
-Ideation, build and implementation of multiple, patent-pending & award-winning mobile applications creating a ‘high-touch through high-tech’ candidate experience
- The creation and implementation of a global candidate experience strategy and program measuring the candidate experience on a weekly basis through the Net Promoter Score methodology
- Growing Accenture’s employee referral program to represent close to 40% of all new joiners (up from 15%, 3 years ago) reducing our talent acquisition costs by 20%
I also had the privilege of being selected for the Accenture HR Leadership Excellence Program – a two year leadership development program for high-performing HR leaders. From March 2012 to August 2014 (2 years 6 months) Greater New York City AreaTalent Acquisition Manager – Sourcing @ Served as global sourcing manager within Accenture’s Global Sourcing Team. As the key architect of Accenture’s award-winning Employee Referral Program (ERE 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012), I designed and implemented a global strategy, coordinated a global system deployment and managed the channel in over 45 countries. Recent innovative enhancements to the program include matching widgets, social algorithms, a reverse referral tool and an employee referral mobile app.
I also created Accenture’s first-ever social media talent acquisition strategy. I built the business case for senior HR leadership, implemented the strategy and tactics in 30 countries (with particular focus on emerging markets), and trained hundreds of recruiters and recruitment leadership around the globe. This program earned media attention, including a Fortune Magazine cover story in 2010 on Accenture’s social media talent acquisition strategy. From February 2009 to February 2012 (3 years 1 month) Marketing Senior Specialist – employer branding @ As part of Accenture’s corporate marketing team I was responsible for all employer branding activities for Accenture in the Netherlands.
I designed and implemented multiple innovative employer branding campaigns, one was nominated for a SpinAward From January 2006 to January 2009 (3 years 1 month) Marketing Intern @ Internship in Accenture’s corporate marketing team.
