Simon Porter has a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked at Alight Solutions (now Alight Technology) as a Business Analyst. While at Alight, he played a significant role in the development of their customer strategy and got to know the company very well. This gave him the opportunity to work in a number of different areas, including sales and marketing, business development, andplementation of Data Management Solutions. After a period of time spent working in different customer organizations, he decided to move to Europe and succeed in his ambition to work in the IT industry. He joined IBM as a Sales Manager in the Financial Service Sector, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President Europe & Latin America. As Vice President Europe & Latin America, he was responsible for all the IBM businesses outside of the USA and the European Union. Simon Porter currently holds a WW Vice President - Digital HR Services position, which he joined at NGA Human Resources in November 2016. At NGA Human Resources, he is responsible for the overall Dimension of HR at the company.
