GM of the ITO Business Unit for North America @ Fujitsu From April 2015 to October 2016 (1 year 7 months) Chief Operating Officer - Managed Services @ Sungard Availability Services COO in ~$500M division of Sungard Availability Services. My focus expanding/upgrading the managed/cloud service offerings, improving the service quality for the managed service customer base, all while driving substantial improvements in both operating margin and use of capital. I’ve now done this successfully a few times! From August 2010 to April 2015 (4 years 9 months) Wayne, PaChief Executive Officer @ Highstreet IT Solutions Highstreet is a solution provider that focuses on modernization, cloud enablement and managed services for Oracle ERP applications and infrastructure. Highstreet has begun to achieve what the private equity owners sought 5 years ago and we're just getting rolling. Rockville, MDCEO @ Trust Digital (now known as McAfee) CEO for over 5 years. Brought in as CEO with original venture funding. At the time, there were no customers and very little working product. Formed the Delaware Corporation and put in place the complete corporate structure, team and board of directors.Built Trust Digital into the industry leading software company in the Enterprise Mobility Management space (with a differentiated focus on mobile/smartphone security). Worked closely with other start ups and market analysts to further define the Enterprise Mobility Management (smartphone security/management) space into a category that is now recognized by IBM, Symantec, CA, and many others. Recruited the executive team over a 3 year period with the final hire being the VP of Sales in 2008. Raised 3 rounds of venture capital including a strategic investment from the US Army in May 2009.
