💼 Past Experience

Moriba Jah's education and experience in the electronic and space engineering field, Moriba Jah has a total experience of eighteen years. Moriba Jah's career began when she was able to join the National Academy of Sciences in 1990. There, she worked as a scientist for eighteen years until she was finally able to join the Executive Mentor Program at TED Conferences in 2016. There, she shared her experiences and knowledge about the space age and how we can better use technology in order to keep our environment clean and secure.Moriba Jah has also been a TED Fellow and a Global Space Ambassadors for The United States of America since she was introduced to the TED Talks in 2006. She has also been a speaker at conferences such as The Workshop on Security, Survivability, and Integrity in the Aerospace Environment in 2018, The Symposium on Adaptive Robotics in 2019, The global Space Seminar in 2020, and Earth From Space in 2021.She currently teaches vegetation at The University of Texas at Austin and is a Fulbright Scholar in conducting research in space environmental engineering.
