With over 20 years of real estate experience, Mike Brewer provides expert leadership and guidance to the RADCO Companies ® Operations Team. As Executive Vice President at RADCO Residential, he was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations at the company which included development, management, and marketing of the homes through its subsidiaries. At RADCO Residential, Mike was also responsible for overarching strategy and priorities for the company. He oversaw all aspects of the company’s marketing and operations, from developing strategic marketing plans to overseeing day-to-day operations.In his previous role, Mike was a senior executive at Radco Residential. At RADCO Residential, he was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations and strategy at the company. With a wealth of experience in real estate, he was a pivotal leader in the development and expansion of RADCO Residential. He also played a leading role in the growth of RADCO Properties, the company’s primary subsidiary. At RADCO Properties, he led the development and management of properties across the U.S.,Canada, and Mexico.In his previous roles, Mike has acted as a captain or Chief Operating Officer. He has held various operational titles, including Vice President of Operations at RADCO Residential from September 2016 to April 2018, Vice President of Operations at RADCO Residential from September 2016 to April 2018, and Vice President of Operations at Mills Properties from April 2007 to August 2016.Prior to joining RADCO Residential, Mike held a variety of operational titles with Equity Residential. At Equity Residential, he was a regional manager, responsible for managing investment properties in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic Regions. He also acted as district manager for four different Regions.Mike continues his education, studying Business Administration at Northeastern University and then going on to study Real estate at Pace University. He will graduate with a degree in real estate in 2021.
