• Directed a transformational solution for store-level merchandising. Delivers unique plans for 3,000 stores based on local sales and local range, which is expected to deliver 2% uplift in total UK sales and a reduction in product waste.
• Overseen the replatforming of Tesco Direct financial systems to enable financial control, new business propositions, and system performance. Partnering with the CFO to deliver our future global finance platform.
• Developed and overseeing high-availability systems for UK in-store and online customer payment, handling at peak 4.3m card transactions (£216m of sales) in a day.
• Created team to design a new end-to-end strategy for colleague lifecycle, comprising of over 80 applications from core HR through to Payroll.
