I have placed a freshly graduated Frontend Developer at an award-winning agency. After 2 months intensive training and knowledge sharing with his colleagues, he was working on his own project. 4 months later he was sent to work in the office in New York on a 6 months project.
Another candidate was placed as a Frontend Consultant in a start-up where he got an own training budget of 5000€, an in-house mentor to support his development and managers who sat down with him mapping out his career. After half a year he grew into an Architect role, going along with a salary increase by 500€. Earlier this year he went with the entire team to the “Fluent Conference” in San Fransisco. Now after 1,5 years, he is a Lead Frontend Developer, with a salary of 4500€ + car + bonus + training budget.
