She feels that EHRs are notorically biased and may be used to stalk and manipulate employees. She also believes that the development of EHRs has not only created challenges for psychology, but it has also created challenges for the industry as a whole.

Elena Krutelyova obtained her Master's degree in Telecommunication systems and networks from the National Technical University of Ukraine ‘Kyiv Polytechnic Institute’ in 2009. Since then, she has been working as an HR consultant at the company Golden Staff. Elena Krutelyova has also been working as a Consultant of positive psychotherapy since 2010.
