Dan Stoks started his working career in 1984 as a financial analyst at Thomson Corp. He then moved on to job evaluation and human resources at First Boston Corp. from 1987 to 1992 before becoming the corporation's Vice President of Human Resources from 1992 to 1998. Dan then moved up the corporate ladder at ABERDEEN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. from 1998 to 2001 as the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Treasurer. From 2001 to 2003, Dan served as the President, CEO and President, Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of the company. From 2003 to 2006, Dan served as the Deputy Mayor of Minneapolis. Dan returns to work full-time as the President and CEO of Minneapolis-based光明电子有限公司 in 2006. Dan Stoks has over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, including 16 years as the Vice President of Human Resources for a major Fortune 500 company. He has a degree in finance from St. Cloud State University, where he received a master's degree in financial analysis. Dan is currently a professor at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he is an associate professor of human resources. Dr. Stoks has written and presented on a variety of human resources topics, including the effectiveness of fairness policies and the principles that govern human resource selection policies.

Dan Stoks has over fifteen years of experience in the IT world, including a four year stint as a Vice President, Enterprise and Cloud Applications at DXC Technology. In his time there, he’s responsible for driving innovation and growth for the company’s core offerings, relationships with key ecosystem players, and ensuring that DXC’s technology strategy meets the needs of its customers. In his current role, Mr. Stoks is responsible for the global service-now practice at DXC Technology.
