💼 Past Experience

I started working at 8x8 in San Francisco Bay Area in September 1999 as a Senior HR Manager. During my tenure I managed the global HR capabilities of an online company, focusing on strategy, program, performance management, and development. I was responsible for developing, coaching, and developing performance standards across the company. I also led significant business and organizational restructuring, managed global large scale change management projects, and completed significant HR initiatives across five continents.I later joined 8x8 as the HR Director for their independently headquartered San Francisco-based business unit. In this role, I led the HR team for an online company that was Monroe Weinberger’s leading company. We re-launched the company as a Cloud-based company, and my role included designing, developing, andLaunching the company's first global MBA rotational program. I also managed the HR team for the company’s key Talent Management initiatives - which included high-potential processes impacting approximately 20,000 employees.In addition, I was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s new performance culture supported by a new recognition program with first ever CEO Award and a new regional leadership development program. Additionally, I was active in shaping the company’s new recruitment strategy and drove down hiring costs by 40%. I also directed major business and organizational restructuring, oversaw global large-scale change management projects, and completed significant HR initiatives across five continents.I am most proud of my time spent working at 8x8, where I designed, developed, and delivered the first ever global MBA rotational program.
