The firm’s four principals—Donna Newell, John Newell, Rachel Tereska, and Jeffrey MacKay—are all licensed professional engineers with master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and a combined 80 years of civil design experience. NTM is also a registered Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and West Virginia and a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with the federal government. In April 2022, Lotus Environmental Consulting, LLC was acquired by NTM. This additional expertise allows us to offer our clients a full range of environmental services, including environmental investigations and regulatory compliance services.
