Newell, Tereska & MacKay (NTM) Engineering, Inc. is a civil engineering firm that specializes in water resources design, bridge design, and engineering instruction for public and private sector clients. NTM’s core services include hydrologic and hydraulic studies, waterway permitting, stormwater design and permitting, technical course development and training, and transportation and bridge engineering. Established in 2006, NTM currently employs 30+ professionals and is located in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, with a branch office in State College, Pennsylvania. The firm’s four principals—Donna Newell, John Newell, Rachel Tereska, and Jeffrey MacKay—are all licensed professional engineers with master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and a combined 60 years of civil design experience.
