Susquehanna Civil Inc. is a woman-owned certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise based in South Central Pennsylvania. We are a team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering quality transportation engineering and support services to our valued client partners while offering a profitable, positive, growth-oriented environment for our family of employees. Our services, provided primarily for public sector transportation projects in Pennsylvania, include highway, traffic, bridge, geotechnical, and water resources engineering; survey and mapping; right of way and utility services; bridge inspection; and environmental investigations, modeling, documentation, and permitting. Our vision is to be the consultant of choice for transportation engineering in Pennsylvania, and to be the employer of choice for transportation engineering professionals.
