Accelerating Discoveries Through Data Sharing
We are a team of passionate engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs from Harvard, MGH and MIT solving the problem of lack of data sharing. Our current research ecosystem is inadequate in addressing the challenges researchers face in collaborating across institutions due to various data silo structures, difficulty in receiving patient consent, data acquisition, data management, and data sharing. Translo aims to address these through creating interoperability, incentives, and a mechanism for sharing data on a decentralized, transparent, and auditable biomedical data exchange platform. Our goal is to cure the pain points in data sharing by automating the complexity of clinical trials and create benefits across time, cost, and risk in data sharing.
