About GirlScript Ranchi
GirlScript Ranchi is one of the chapters of GirlScript Foundation. GirlScript is a section-8 NON PROFIT company registered under the government of India on the 2nd of June, 2017. GirlScript is open for all organisation and supports beginners in technology and programming. It supports diversity by reserving 50% seats for WOMEN & LGBTQ in all it's programs worldwide.
GirlScript aims to become the world's biggest tech community for learning technical skills and getting opportunities around the globe.
We support diversity in tech and thus we ensure 60% of women participation in every meetup, workshops, and conferences.
The mission of GirlScript:
To empower people and especially underrepresented groups by educating them on technology and related necessary skills.
To create local opportunity, growth, and impact via tech education in every country around the world and to bring diversity in the tech domain.
Goals:
1. To educate people in tech
2. Remove myths about tech education
3. Spread awareness about opportunities in tier two & tier-three cities
4. Introduce tech content that is helpful for everyone
