The Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership (AMIP) is the Greater Cincinnati regional collaborative of Advanced Manufacturing employers, educators and community agencies working together to insure we have a robust pipeline of qualified workers.
AMIP membership has doubled in the last two years with over 250 active members. We work together to alleviate occupational shortages for the industry by creating and implementing an integrated process to link current and prospective employees with educational opportunities to meet the Advanced Manufacturing needs for skilled talent.
In 2018, our premier event was realized in October with Manufacturing Month. Over 50 Advanced Manufactures hosted students during the month with over 4,500 middle and high school students getting exposure to the great careers in manufacturing.
