Our pay-for-performance, competency-based HR system for a new Federal intelligence agency received the Workforce Optimas Award and President’s Quality Award.Our work and commitment to Government service were recognized when the OPM Training and Management Assistance Program named HT its 2005 Large Business Benchmark Partner.
