Besides her education, Vg has worked with the government for several years in a variety of roles, most recently as a Planning Analyst for the City of Houston. In this role, she focused on developing policies and strategies to improve the city's transportation system. She was also responsible for creating a citywide transportation plan and working with the City Council on various issues related to transportation.Vg has also had experience in the private sector. Most notably, she worked as the Planning Director for a transportation company that served the City of Houston. In this role, she developed and directed the company's operations. Additionally, she has worked as the Director of Planning for a company that served a large area of Texas.Given these experiences and her initial training in transportation planning, Vg is well-equipped to take on various transportation projects. She is also confident in her abilities to work with different parts of the government and to create effective policy.
