🎓 Education

Tim Abel has a BS from Kennesaw State University, where he studied psychology. Abel then pursued an MA in Psychology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he also studied and got his doctorate in Health Psychology. Abel has worked for over a decade in healthcare, most recently as a Project Assistant Manager for a mental health crisis line in a large city. Abel is currently working on his doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on working with people who have experienced mental health difficulties. Abel is currently also the Director of Mental Health Services for a church in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
