Moreau is also a former Founder & CEO of YouCare, a global internet rights organization, currently working as the President of YouCare. He has over twenty years of experience in business and nonprofit organizations. Moreau was born in France in 1965. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford, where he studied Economics and Politics. From there, he moved to the United States, and earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago Law School. Moreau then clerked for the Honorable REHNBIRK G. LYNCH, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois. From there, he moved to Paris, where he would work for the law firm of Bertin,AMBresa and Company for six years. From there, he moved to the United Kingdom and became an Attorney at King’s Bench Chambers. In 2003, Moreau joined the team at Microsoft where he held various responsible positions for several years. He then moved to work for theProduct Line Management office in the Corporate Ethics Directorate of the Microsoft Israel Center. There, he supervised a team of attorneys working on a number of innovative and ethical Microsoft products. In 2009, Moreau moved to the Corporate Ethics Directorate of the Nokia Corporation, where he held the position of Vice President, Corporate Ethics. There, he supervised a team of attorneys working on a variety of Nokia products.
