Stephen then spent 2 years at Door4 where he was in charge of all aspects of digital marketing strategy and lead of marketing for the retail division. There, he oversaw the company’s marketing and communications strategy for a diverse range of external customers and key partners.In January 2019, Stephen was announced as the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience for Northern Europe at Euler Hermes. At Euler Hermes, Stephen leads and oversees the marketing and customer experience strategy for all of Nedbank’s PNL and retail divisions, as well as developing and implementing strategies for online and other marketing channels. His responsibilities include reaching out to customers, building and driving customer experience, managing team resources and implementing change.Prior to joining the Nedbank Group, Stephen worked for Royal Air Force, Tele Products Limited and the British School of Event Management.
