Experienced, full-stack software engineer with a strong focus on difficult, data-centric problems. I love learning new languages and technologies. Professional experience centers around: Java, C/C++, Python, Ruby, AWS, NoSQL, SQL, Meteor.js (Node.js, Javascript, MongoDB).
I enjoy taking courses on udacity and coursera (see coursework below). My recent side-projects tend toward virtual and augmented reality. I just built a 3D printer to join the revolution. In my spare time, I’ve been hacking with: three.js, WebGL (and subsequently some OpenGL), Unreal Engine, OpenKinect.
Current side-projects:
* application for facilitating distributed retrospectives
* software development using Unreal Engine => should influence quite a few projects to come!
