Highly motivated and success driven individual!PA to CEO & Directors / Receptionist @ From October 2015 to Present (3 months) Receptionist @ From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Freelance Stylist and Social Media Manager @ The Vault is a brand new beautiful vintage store. At The Vault I am the Stylist for the photoshoots that are organised. I am also responsible for running the Instagram and Twitter accounts and keeping them updated with new items that are in store. As this role is a part time work from my iPhone to keep everything up to date. From November 2014 to Present (1 year 2 months) Delegated Underwriting Assistant @ Apollo is a Lloyds syndicate that specialises in all types of insurance from Aviation to Cargo & Specie. I ended up staying here much longer than the set week that was planned as I started off as a temporary receptionist for one week. I was asked to help out in the main office as an assistant after showing my commitment and hard work in those few days. From November 2014 to April 2015 (6 months) Receptionist @ From the stated period I was the front of house receptionist at the quirky and fun offices of Whynot! Here I had many ad hoc duties from answering the telephone to distributing post and office bulletins. In the mornings I would set up the main reception, turning on lights and tvs ect and then begin my first task for the day. I would greet all visitors throughout the day and offer them refreshments before showing them to meeting rooms ec. I enjoyed my time here very much and my only reason for leaving was to travel and complete a working holiday in the Balearic Islands. From January 2014 to June 2014 (6 months) Stylist @ I was one of two Stylists at the Westfield Stratford branch of TOPSHOP. I was based in the Personal Shopping department which was run by me and my colleague. My daily duties were divided between appointments and shop floor based customers. I would talk with the customer and get a brief outline of what it was they were looking for and pull a room of items which suited their style, occasion and budget. The customer would then enter their own private room where all the chosen items would be on display for them in outfits. I would add accessories to help build the outfit and give them ideas on how to style themselves. The customer would always leave happy, regardless of making purchase they would be satisfied with the appointment and have knowledge of what styles and looks they never thought they could pull off. From July 2013 to December 2013 (6 months) Visual Merchandiser @ I worked part time as a Visual Merchandiser for Office Shoes. Here i was responsible for the presentation and design of the store making sure it always looked great! I would take part in organising all sale items and tagging and styling the shoes on the shop floor. The store windows were also my responsibility and i had to make sure they were always updated with the new season stock and trends, also making sure each brand that we sold in-store was in view in the window. From September 2012 to August 2013 (1 year) London, United KingdomStylist Assistant - Intern @ I interned at Next for a short while as a stylist assistant. I moved to Lecister to complete this. Here my main responsibilities were steaming and prepping clothes to be shot on mannequins. I would be required to hem trousers and pin back garments on the mannequin to achieve the desired look and fit for the shoot. I completed other ad hoc tasks and enjoyed creating looks from my own styling knowledge. From June 2013 to July 2013 (2 months) Assistant Stylist - Intern @ I was lucky enough to intern at Selfridges in London's head office in the e-commerce styling department. Here i was responsible for prepping outfits for the models to be shot in. I would get to walk around the shop floor with the stylists and help then pull items to shoot with the main stock of items to be photographed. I helped with steaming and prepping the garments, hemming, un-tagging and re-tagging and providing the models with their next outfit.
