💼 Past Experience

After completing one year of undergraduate college, SOLOME Tibebu is currently working as an Entrepreneur in Residence, YouthVenture at Ashoka from January 2011 to January 2012 (1 year 1 month) in Washington D.C. Metro Area. From 2011 to 2012, Tibebu served as the first Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Midwest for Ashoka YouthVenture.After working as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Midwest, Tibebu moved on to work as an Advisor at Vinaj in San Francisco Bay Area. From January 2019 to January 2020, Tibebu worked as the most active early-stage investor in digital health (Seed - Series B). Beginning in January 2015, Tibebu also served as a Co-Author at ReThink: Behavioral Health Innovation in San Francisco Bay Area.With his prior experience as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Advisor at Vinaj, and Co-Author of ReThink: Behavioral Health Innovation, Tibebu has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of behavioral health innovation. In his time at Vinaj, Tibebu developed and ran the company’s early-stage investor program, played a role in the company’s product development, and was responsible for all aspects of produciton and growth.Tibebu is also experienced in healthcare technology and enterprise account management.
