When Sarah McMillin was a teenager, she was always interested in working in sales. She started her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she earned a BBA in Marketing Management in 2009. After achieving her degree, McMillin worked as a freshman sales associate at J.C. Penney. After working at J.C. Penney for a few years, McMillin moved on to work at Wernham Hogg Paper Company in London, England. There, she worked as a sales associate for four years. McMillin then took a year off to return to Northwestern University and complete her MBA. After completing her MBA, McMillin returned to J.C. Penney and became the Senior Account Management Leader for the company. McMillin currently works at Wernham Hogg Paper Company as the Senior Account Management Leader.
