💼 Past Experience

Santosh has always been interested in the field of information technology and services. After completing his B.A. from the University of Lucknow in 2002, he started working as a technical recruiter and marketing specialist in the Indian IT industry. In March 2015, he joined the SoftNice team as a Bench Sales Manager. In this role, he works with the Salaried and Junior Staff members to recruit, manage, and develop the team’s sales activity. He has also responsibility for marketing the company’s products and services to backend or new technology Infopreneurs in the market. Currently, he is responsible for the bench sales activity in the city of Lucknow. Additionally, he also works as a technical recruiter and marketing specialist for Confidential, holding responsible for the recruitment, management, and development of Confidential’s sales team.

🎓 Education

Santosh Rajesh Sure has a BCom (Computers) from Ghowtham School of Commerce and Economics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of East London. He has also completed Hinduja Engineering College, Ajmer and Osmania University. In between, he completed his business apprenticeship at ABC Grammer School from October 1999 to October 2002. He has worked as an accounts clerk with accountancy giant KKR from October 2002 to October 2006.
