With 16 sales people and a national client base, IntegraColor continues to expand and drive sales through state of the art equipment, a robust technology offering and solutions that save our customers production time and drive down cost. IntegraColor offers 8 different printing processes, complete in-house finishing, kitting, fulfillment and finished goods warehousing all under one roof. From November 2011 to February 2014 (2 years 4 months) Dallas/Fort Worth AreaPresident @ Rob was responsible for all areas of this $65 million revenue generating division of RR Donnelley located in Houston, TX. The plant was one of the top 3 revenue generating plants in the RR Donnelley commercial print platform.
Rob led the Executive Team of 5 in managing the company. Areas of focus included:
Sales - lead the sales team and developed strong relationships with the nationally based
RR Donnelley sales representatives to drive large program based sales opportunities.
The plant consisted of:

5 sheetfed presses, 3 webs
Large digital department
Warehouse / Inventory management
Kitting / fulfillment and distribution.
Managing both operations and sales for 2 years of his tenure at RRD.
Lowering spoilage from nearly 2% down to less than .5%.
Lowered RCR by 35% to be one of the leaders in the RRD commercial print platform.
Cost justification and installation of new equipment in sheetfed, digital, bindery and web.
Complete disaster recovery training due to the occurrence of 2 weather related issues. From November 2003 to October 2011 (8 years) Vice President of National Sales @ Rob joined privately held Lithographix in August of 2011. Lithographix was a $100 million privately owned printing company located in Los Angeles, CA. As one of the top printers in the country they offered high end web and sheetfed printing with complete in-house bindery services. Rob's main focus was to increase revenue through the hiring of a national sales team. Working from his Cincinnati based office Rob traveled extensively and hired 3 additional sales representatives. Rob also was responsible for managing the 3 existing representatives and helping them achieve a 5% sales growth. Rob was a key member of the Executive team from the national sales perspective and attended monthly financial meetings at the Los Angeles corporate office. From August 2001 to November 2003 (2 years 4 months) Cincinnati AreaVice President of National Sales @ Rob joined The Hennegan Company (now owned by RRD) as their West Coast Sales Representative. Having the entire West Coast to call on made the job very easy since Hennegan's reputation was outstanding in the industry.
Sales revenue in excess of $8 million in his third year of employment.
At that point Rob was Promoted to Vice President of Sales and relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio.
During his tenure Rob managed a team of 14.
Rob managed the new business development and hiring of new sales team members.
Rob also maintained and managed sales in excess $4 million annually from high profile automotive customers such as Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Nissan and Mercedes Benz USA.
Provided key operational support for sales
Rob was a member of the Executive team and attended monthly financial meetings and was involved in all strategic decisions related to Human Resources, equipment and the overall strategy of the company. From June 1992 to July 2001 (9 years 2 months) Cincinnati AreaAccount Executive @ Rob started in the printing industry at Los Angeles based Gore Graphics. Gore Graphics was a highly regarded sheetfed printing company and color separator. Having no prior printing experience Rob shadowed experienced sales representatives, learned the industry and his sales quickly took off. By the end of his second year his yearly revenue generation was in excess of $2 million. Rob had developed relationships with high profile customers like NBC, Lexus and Oakley sunglasses. At this point the industry was in transition going from mostly manual processes to computer driven processes which made changes easier and more efficient. During this dramatic change in the industry learning was easy, opportunities were great and Rob continued to build solid relationships as a stepping stone to his next opportunity.
