Olga Puzanova has been working in the industry of entertainment for over 10 years, first getting her start working in the pro marketing space at the advertising agency Sparrow.Shortly after that, she moved on to the role of marketing director for Sony Interactive Entertainment America. There she was responsible for crafting tobaco-legal advertising campaigns for a variety of Sony platforms, including PS2, PSP, Xbox 360, and Man Booker game systems. Her final role at SIA saw her manage and co-create public relations oversight for the company’s newly acquired physical music streaming service, Sony Music Network. In this capacity, she led all media planning and execution for the company-wide initiative to win back the Harris Interactive name from premium radio provider Pandora. With experience in marketing, technology, and strategy, Puzanova was an invaluable asset to Pandora’s recent acquisition by CBS Corporation. After 4 years of leadership at Sony Interactive Entertainment America and 2 years at SiriusXM, Puzanova joined theOK Mentor Advisor team at ERA as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing. With over 10 years of experience in marketing and video game sales, she knows her stuff, and her eye for detail is key to creating successful marketing campaigns. Olga Puzanova has played a lead role in developing a number of technologies that impacted the industry of entertainment. Some of these technologies include the Innocuous Player Interaction specification (IPI), co-created with fellow pro marketing veteran and earlier Department of the Interior Hz Manager, Avner Peretz. IPI was designed to define a standard way for users to interact with gaming devices and provide a standard pathway for adjustment and calibration of games for different players. Additionally, Puzanova and Peretz co-created the Eye detection API, which uses sensors on input devices to determine the user’s eye location and gravity deflection. Lastly, she is credited with co-developing the Ha heavy user interface refreshment algorithm, which helps keep an interface fresh and visually appealing to gamers.
