I’m an alien spirit struggling to behave and react like humans. My greatest passion is “value creation”, I mainly use native logic to do that. I’ve always followed a three-step technique to run my entire life, it's simply “Observe, Analyse, Improve”; professionally, it's been proven to be successful in many roles like business development, marketing, entrepreneurship, general management/ leadership. While most brains are hardwired to do specific tasks and get experienced by repetition, mine is hardwired to solve novel problems and usually gets bored by repetition. Talking of experience, I’m an Egyptian technology entrepreneur, mentor, and consultant with 15 years of experience; Regional Marketing Manager at OneCard, The largest alternate payment method in the Arab World, and a subsidiary of the Saudi Internet company N2V. I’m also cofounder and former CEO of BasharSoft; a technology startup specialized in developing advanced recruitment solutions. BasharSoft developed and operates wuzzuf.com, the fastest growing Egyptian online recruitment portal. I've also cofounded Dominos Media, a digital advertising agency based in Cairo that provides several local and international clients with interactive web and multimedia communication services. Before that I was Regional Business Development Manager at Applied Science International, a US company; I was responsible of business development activities in the Middle East which have resulted in securing contracts with some big players including Saudi Aramco. I have great passion to human capital. A believer that human capital is the most valuable wealth of any nation & most undervalued capital in many developing regions including the Arab world. I'm a professional fellow of University of Michigan and US Department of State, an MBA holder, and has a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Cairo University.
