💼 Past Experience

Monique earned her B.S. from the University of Michigan in 2006, pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Monique completed her internship at the University of Michigan in 2007 and her medical degree in 2009. Monique was a certified internist with the Detroit Medical Center from 2007-2009. In 2013, Monique returned to the University of Michigan to complete her doctorate in Business Administration. Monique is currently a Medical Director at the Detroit Medical Center and a Board Certified Internist with the Detroit Medical Center. She is also a medical advisor with the Detroit Medical Center. Monique has also completedership in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)’s Healthcare Technology Advances program and was the recipient of afunded start-up grant from the NIST Accelerator program.
