Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning on database issues. ● Perform build-out of new disaster recovery database environment in a secondary datacenter. Set up regular copy and restore data from our most critical systems. ● Upgrades and Rebuilds of all DB infrastructure onto SQLServer 2012. ● Create requirements for new hardware to boost performance, designing database layouts, automatic drive space monitoring, RAID arrays, performance tuning, and executing mission critical migration plans.
