John Shrewsberry’s professional experiences in the financial industry date back to the early 1990s when he was a contract employee with Goldman Sachs. From there, he worked his way up through the ranks, eventually becoming Vice President - Fixed Income at Credit Suisse. He went on to spend five years at Goldman Sachs, during which time he was responsible for the sales and trading teams in the OTC derivative areas (rates, commodities and equities) and a credit-intensive principal investment portfolio. John Shrewsberry has also had a significant role in the development of the Mortgage Finance division at Goldman Sachs, where he served as the Group Head - Mortgage Finance from May 1997 to January 1998. John Shrewsberry’s management experience with the financial industry includes stints as President - Securities Division at Goldman Sachs from January 2009 to May 2014, and Vice President - Fixed Income at Credit Suisse from May 1992 to May 1997.
