Lance Kallman's experience as a Communication Officer/ Executive Officer at United States Air Force from June 2004 to July 2006 (2 years 2 months) in Edwards AFB, CA. In his experience, Lance has been a leader in the development of data science and machine learning solutions. As Vice President, Business Development for 3DEO, he helped togrow the company from a startup to a profitable large player in the 3D printing industry. As part of his role, he was responsible for all aspects of the business development process for client engagements, with a focus on CEOs, P&L leaders, and technology executives in both public and private companies. Lance also has experience in the marketing and sale of technology products. This experience allows him to understand how to enlist the support of customers and partners to help his company grow. Lance is currently a graduate of the Air Force Academy, where he studied electronic warfare. In his time at Air Force Academy, Lance was a member of the struture engineering squadron and led the development of the Mk 41 Advanced Tactical Missile. He has also worked in the telecommunications industry, where he was a business development executive for a consulting firm focused on information technology services. From there, he moved to Las Vegas, where he worked as a business consultant for 3DEO, Inc. There he helped to bring the company to profitability and develop new market technologies. He joins the Board of Directors of SearchLight Partners, a small business dedicated to lifting servicedisabled veterans into successful careers. Specializing in construction and manufacturing, SearchLight Partners is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the area. In his current role as Vice President, Business Development for SearchLight Partners, Lance brings his vast experience in both the business development and sales organizations to his new role as Member of the Board.
