After moving to the San Francisco five years ago, I dove into the tech community. I built web sites from scratch and quickly learned how to leverage open source libraries in my development process. I recently completed the 12 week immersive program at General Assembly to learn full stack web development. I now look forward to building the next generation of web-mobile products with amazing people.

Full Stack Engineer @ Kentik Detect is an open, scalable platform for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing network traffic and performance. Providing instant access to both real-time and historical data, Kentik Detect alerts operators to performance issues and attacks while providing fast, simple tools that help isolate, identify, and explain unusual activity or behavior.
Kentik Detect can receive flow from routers, switches, or hosts/servers (via Kentik agent software, called "chfagent"). Host monitoring provides enhanced debugging of performance issues because data from the agent enables display and analysis of TCP retransmits per flow.
