As the sole recruiter, I partner closely with hiring executives to develop and implement recruitment strategies to build out our team. Since joining in 2014, AppLovin has grown from 40 -> 90 employees. More recently, I have become involved in our international expansion efforts in Asia and Europe. - Recruiting passive and active candidates - engineering, business, business development, operations, sales, and interns - Introduced and implemented company's first ATS to optimize hiring processes - Greenhouse - Coordinate phone screens and onsite interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Collaborate with hiring teams on creating job descriptions and advising on best practices - Analyze interview feedback and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process - Manage internal employee referral program - Own company Glassdoor page - Within 1st month of joining, raised profile view count from 500 -> 2.5k per/month. Peaked at 7.6k views per/month. Grew Glassdoor company followers to 900+. - Collaborate with marketing team on employer branding efforts (billboard, press, company videos..etc.) - Act as a representative at industry meet-ups (Women 2.0 and Women in Wireless) AppLovin's marketing platform provides marketing automation and analytics for brands who want to reach their consumers on mobile. The platform enables brands to use real-time data signals to make effective marketing decisions across one billion mobile consumers worldwide.
