💼 Past Experience

As a Global Director Talent Acquisition at NikeDirect, Jenn was responsible for managing and developing Talent acquisitions for Nike. She was also responsible for creating and implementing company policy for Talent management. In addition, she was within the management team that managed the Nightwatch & Ambassador Program, which focuses on helping senior Nike employees connect with new prospects. Prior to joining NikeDirect, Jenn held title of Director of Talent, Acquisition & Experience at Khoros. At Khoros, Jenn was responsible for managing, developing and implementing a wide variety of Talent Acquisition programs like Talent Assessment, crush caucuses, talent hunts,Monster proposals and more. In her role, she also had opportunity to work with a range of clients including Nike, Pepsi and Adidas. Jenn holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Cornell University.
