As an IT professional, I have spent the majority of my career working with clients identifying and implementing IT solutions that address business needs. These solutions have spanned the IT spectrum across the business vertical landscape. My current pursuit at Dunn Solutions Group is focused in two primary areas. The first is to maximize a company's investment in SAP by realizing value out of the data environment by turning that data into valuable information. This is accomplished by implementing BI solutions that deliver pertinent information to those in an organization that require it. The second area I focus on is identifying those business needs that require a custom developed solution, whether that be a portal site that delivers the functionality that enables a great user experience to an e-commerce application that maximizes customer loyalty and revenue. Bottom line, I like to take a solution oriented approach to my interaction with a client and deliver results.
