I am a driven Accounts Receivable Team Lead holding the distinguished ARM certification through IOFM. I am constantly seeking to streamline processes, improve collections while constantly striving for customer service excellence.

Accounts Receivable, Team Lead @ I oversee the strategic direction of national and international collections communications, activities and processes. Since starting with this organization, I have been responsible for significant improvement in collections activity as well as streamlining collection processes. I recently ranked 12th overall in the "Best Minds in A / R" 2015 contest with over 200 participating. This work includes serving legal papers--e.g., subpoenas; writs, summons & complaints; legal notices; court orders; executions for liens or garnishments, attachments and summary process judgments for evictions and/or foreclosures; and tax warrants on specified persons in accordance with state statutes and the collection of payments from defendants under an execution on liens, garnishments or tax warrants and making disbursements to town revenue collector. As of September 2015, over $259,000 has been collected in taxes, interest, liens and fees, the most ever collected by a Constable in Plainville history. From May 2013 to Present (2 years 6 months) Plainville, CTGlobal Pharmaceutical Recruiter @ Building business to business relations and marketing recruiter placing highly skilled and qualified pharmaceutical individuals on a regional, national and global basis. Positions range from bench scale to executive levels with a focus on the development, process, analytical, quality and operations side of the business. Recieved Client Development Award and Rookie of the Year Award in 2011. From January 2011 to September 2012 (1 year 9 months) Plainville Town Councilman @ Council/Manager form of government. Town Council’s powers and functions include policy-making that consists of enacting laws, enacting resolutions, adopting regulations, ratifying contracts, approving appropriations, adopting appropriations, awarding bids and adopting an annual budget for the Town of Plainville (there is no separate finance board). The council also appoints the town manager, town attorney, town treasurer and various advisory boards and regulatory commissions. From 2007 to November 2011 (4 years) Public Relations Marketing Rep @ A full service, multi-channel marketing, digital print, letter shop, order fulfillment, electronic marketing and large scale direct mail house. My focus is on developing, servicing and providing municipal and government printing and mailing as well as political campaign printing From February 2010 to August 2010 (7 months)
