James Monro's career path has taken him from RSTI to Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. to HomePlace Inc. where he currently sits as Advisor to the Board. Assistant Coach of Baseball from September 2005 to September 2007 . Assistant Coach of Soccer from September 2007 to May 2009 . Assistant Coach of Basketball from May 2009 to September 2011 . Assistant Coach of Baseball of the Ridgecrest Indians from September 2013 to present.In his role at RSTI, Monro will be responsible for the coaching of the baseball team and the basketball team.
