💼 Past Experience

Fellowship/Research Fellow at BAE Systems devoted to digital arts, Zappos founding member Felix Jr. has been with BAE Systems for 6 years where he has held various product management positions in the areas of research and development, customer relations, and customer experience. In his latest position, he is currently a Fellowship/Research Fellow at BAE Systems devoted to digital arts where he is responsible for working on a number of projects such as building a Theresa McCartneyarte exhibit at the company’s London headquarters, as well as conducting user experience research for our Supply Chain Solution offering. Felix Jr. has also spent time working with Zappos, where he was the founding member of their customer experience team.
