To investigate the profitability of this service in a new market, a regression analysis was conducted using Excel and SPSS modeling software. A correlation was established between the survey responses and preexisting data from the new market.
Confirmed that the service’s current pricing strategy would not maximize revenue in the new market. An analysis of Nielsen’s Shopper Marketing data resulted in a 100% price increase recommendation by identifying greater price insensitivity amongst potential customers.
