I am the founder and CEO of Luna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Luna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Providence, RI. Luna Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical-stagePharmaceutical company that addresses the mental and emotional side of struggling to conceive.Our products are designed to help women struggling through fertility understand that they are not alone, and to bring conversations around a previously taboo subjects. Premama products are available in the following markets: the United States, Canada, and Europe. Premama’s main focus is DTC- which is the first line of nutritional supplements created for each step of the maternity journey – taking women from preconception, through breastfeeding, to post-conception. Premama has raisedrounds of investment between May 2013 to February 2014. In 2015 Premama closed its Series A, and in March 2017 closed its Series B investment led by a Private Equity firm in New York, New York.In December of 2019 Premama closed its Series C, led by a CPG Focused Venture Capital fund in Toronto, Canada. Premama is currently working on Phase III clinical trials for its newest product, Premama Plus. Premama Plus is a novel pediatric product that was launched in 2017 in the United States and Canada. Premama Plus is an ointment that helps moms to relieve the symptoms of common pregnancy-related pain, such as backache, cramps, and fever. Premama Plus is Helping Moms Everywhere!I am a student mentor at Brown University Entrepreneurship Program in Providence, RI. I work with students of Danny Warshay, the head of Brown's Entrepreneurship program, who prepare business plans and prototypes in pursuit of potentially launching their own venture while still in college, or post- graduation. We work through all aspects of preparing to launch a business, from product development, to crafting their pitches, business plans and ultimately, seeking funding if they chose to pursue the venture. It is a fun way for me to give back to the Brown community and learn about many markets and opportunities. .I have undergraduate and graduate degrees from Brown University. I am also a business owner and CEO.

Dan Aziz's educational journey began in 2003 when he attended Appleby College in England. After attending Appleby, Dan went on to study at Brown University in England, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2011. While at Brown, Dan also studied Organizations and Entrepreneurship. Overall, Dan completed his education at Brown with a level of expertise and knowledge in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship. After earning his degree, Dan returned to the United States and began working at his family's business.During his time at his family's business, Dan worked with a variety of teams and clients. He was able to gain a deep understanding of his clients and their needs. Additionally, Dan was able to develop his business skills and develop an immune system avoidance plan. While at his family's business, Dan also resided in numerous locations in the United States. In his time at his family's business, Dan also began research and development for his next project.Dan Aziz's current project is a new food delivery service. The project is focus on developing a better delivery service and improving customer experience. Additionally, he is also focus on developing the company’s brand and materials. While at his current project, Dan is also working on developing a new business model.Overall, Dan Aziz's educational journey has taught him many valuable things.
