💼 Past Experience

As a Fractional CMO at Optum from March 2019 to August 2019, Damian Aguirrechu led the marketing team for OptumHealth's Medical Benefit Management group. Damian Aguirrechu's education begins with a degree in marketing from the University of Miami. After pursuing a degree in business, he worked as a General Manager and upper management sales representative. Mr. Aguirrechu then decided to try his hand at entrepreneurship and founded his own small business in 2002. After a few years of hard work and seeing success, he decided to focus his energies on his passion, which was education and innovation.Since 2003, Mr. Aguirrechu has been a teacher, writer and Chridlington HEALTH Innovation Officer at Chridlington School. He has dedicated his life to making a difference in the lives of his students. Mr. Aguirrechu is known for his innovative and teachable methods, which help his students succeed in their classes and beyond.Mr. Aguirrechu is also a father and grandfather.
