From April 2010 to September 2012, he was Vice President of Operations at AES Group, LLC. After serving as Operations Manager at AES Restaurants for four years, he left the company to become Vice President of Operations at AES Group LLC. At AES Group, he focuses on leadership, people and systems to operate great restaurants. He has also published several books, including "The Open Streets of America" and "Restaurants That Work."
