A successful broadcast media executive with more than two decades of experience in the industry, Hale brings more than twelve years of experience as executive vice president and general manager of ESPN Radio.Prior to joining ESPN Radio, Hale spent three seasons as the senior vice president and general manager of Sports Illustrated Radio, a division of SI Media. During his time at SI Radio, Hale managed the station's programming, day-to-day operations, and day-to-date negotiations with various rights owners.Hale is also a former assistant general manager of the New York Red Bulls (1996-98) and the Colorado Rapids (2000-04). He played collegiately at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.Hale is a member of the Syndication Radio Foundation, the Entertainment Software Ratings Organization, and the Broadcasting Industry Association.
