I was a Business Development Manager at BI WORLDWIDE from February 2008 to August 2012. My job was to lead sales teamsourcing various market opportunities and coming up with new business models that would propel the company to success. My role was to work with customers and sales reps to increase sales and get them excited about the products that we were selling. I was able to accomplish this by providing them with convincing information and! by working with them to come up with solutions to their problems. I really enjoyed working at Smith & Nephew because it was a company that was always looking for new ways to improve the success of their sales teams.
