In this role, I was responsible for liasoning with external non-profits, including the United Way. I was also responsible for managing the internal Annual Employee Giving Campaign. I worked with the Executive Leadership team at Microsoft in setting goals and programs for employee giving, and in doing dozens of presentations to thousands of employees at events. The 2007 campaign ended up being the most successful in the company's history: $80+ million raised. Microsoft has been recognized as the company with the highest per employee charitable giving level among its peers. From August 2007 to December 2007 (5 months) Group Program Manager - MSN Games @ Microsoft Was responsible for all Program Management for the Casual Games Group. This included the Zone.com (MSN Games)website, Messenger Games, Xbox Live Arcade, and Inbox Windows Games.I was responsible for execution and delivery of games and platform work, set strategy, managed external relationships, and was responbsible for live production. I was aso responsible for partner management, and due diligence for external parties. From September 2003 to May 2005 (1 year 9 months) Group Manager - Games Platform @ Microsoft As Group Manager for platform design and developement, I was responsible for the gaming architecture and implementation for Microsoft Casual Games. This included authentication systems, billing, social networks, matchmaking, chat, stats, leaderboards, and identity.I was responsible for the original design and development of the backend community and matchmaking features for Age of Mythology (Ensemble Online). From December 2001 to September 2003 (1 year 10 months)
