Baosheng Wang has a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. He has been a full professor at Tsinghua University since he received his Doctorate in Electrical Engineering in 2001. He is Research Professor at Stanford University since he received his PhD in Electrical Engineering in 2011. In addition to his academic appointments and research activities at Tsinghua University and Stanford University, he is also theVice- President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

As a Design VerificationManager at AMD, Baosheng Wang has a wealth of knowledge in the area of power and performance management. He is also an experienced IP Verification Lead, having worked on both CPU and GPU cores. Wang has also developed and led a team of formal verification engineers in global locations to verify microprocessor custom blocks. In his previous positions at AMD, Wang have also won an "Above and Beyond" award for successful formation of the 1st One-AMD ATPG custom circuits modeling requirement specification.Outside of work, Wang enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Wang gave his SIGCOMM presentation on "Reliability and fault tolerance ofAsynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) products" at the 12th International Conference on Computational and Networked Sciences, "{A} programmable ATM Networks and Their Applications" in Davos, December 2017.
