We use a number of tools to assess the candidates’ qualifications, including online interviews, quiz questions, and information assessment tests. We also use a number of techniques to determine whether the candidate is a good fit for our program, such as their ability to communicate with others and their work history. We ultimately hire the best candidates based on their qualifications, their experience, and their relationship with our company.

Avi Mally has a background in economics and has studied at Yeshiva University. She has a degree in economics from Rutgers University, where she studied from 2003 to 2006.

Avi Mally has been a Director at Three Pillars Recruiting in Greater New York City Area since 2006, and has filled a number of leadership roles at the company, including research manager, CEO, and heading up Three Pillars’s digital marketing division.
