Our hiring process is a two-step process: we contact qualified candidates through myNetwork and/or occupational listing services, and we then interview with and assess the candidates’ qualifications. We are particularly impressed by preliminary interviews and have found that many of the candidates we have hired have had very successful careers in their field. We use a number of tools to assess the candidates’ qualifications, including online interviews, quiz questions, and information assessment tests. We also use a number of techniques to determine whether the candidate is a good fit for our program, such as their ability to communicate with others and their work history. We ultimately hire the best candidates based on their qualifications, their experience, and their relationship with our company.
