Arturo Torres has over 20 years of experience in the field of Mortgage Insurance. As a Financial Intelligence Officer, he was responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disclosing information about risk in the mortgage industry. He has also been a visiting broker at several high-yield industry organizations and has presented IPO presentations at industry events.Born and raised in the city of Mexico City, Arturo Torres has always been interested in the ever-changing face of the American economy and its effect on the Mexican economy. In addition to his professional experience, Arturo Torres is also a Professor of Economics and Insurance at the Universidad Autónoma de Mexico, where he also teaches a course on The Mexican Economy in the Context of Globalization.

He then went on to become a partner at the same law firm, where he practiced for over 17 years.In October of 2017, Torres was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner for the Judicial District of Suffolk County, New York. This position is responsible for hearing and issuing rulings on legal matters in the Suffolk County area.As a Judicial Commissioner, Torres has experience in a variety of legal areas, which has made him an ideal candidate for the role. He has a deep understanding of the legal systems of different countries and is highly experienced in ruling on legal issues in a timely and efficient manner.Torres is also an experienced litigator. He has won a number of Cases in Suffolk County, including two Brownsville Road cases, and has appeared before the I.R.S. and the State of New York Supreme Court.Torres has a proven track record of being a hard worker and is highly dedicated to his career.
